The evening appointments are invaluable for people like me who work long hours. The website is informative and particularly useful for booking appointments with the doctor you want. The biggest problem is wanting to see a popular doctor who seldom has slots however I was recently given a quicker appointment with one of the new doctors and she was also really helpful. Really good to have minor procedures available at the surgery.

Doctors and Nurses provide excellent healthcare in a professional and friendly manner. Appointments are available when required without long waiting periods. Surgery has been pleasantly refurbished and always appears to be very clean. Receptionists are on the whole very helpful. Informative and easy to navigate website, that provides facilities for patients to book appointments online and request repeat prescriptions. Possible future enhancements to allow online medical record access when this facility becomes available.

All the staff in reception are always friendly and very helpful with any questions,as is Dr.Irlam. The appointments have never been too long following a request to see the Doctor. All in all,a very good experience throughout.

This surgery and its doctors are there for me whenever I have the need. Service is excellent and I am very well pleased with this service
